| Volunteering is becoming more and more popular all over the world. Over the last few weeks we have had lots of enquires from people wanting to volunteer at our orphanage. As a result we have now added an online Volunteer Application Form for our website. |

We are currently trying to connect with other aid organizations, orphanages, orphan related non-profits, NGO’s and volunteering or charity groups within India. Disaster has struck! Several of our cows have contracted foot and mouth disease; it is a terrible highly contagious disease that causes a lot of pain and discomfort for the animal effected -it can even lead to death! Sadly there is nothing we can do as quarantining the infected animals from the rest of our herd is too late. We are treating them and will treat any others that are effected along the way. There is little if any danger of it spreading outside our herd to other animals as our dairy is quite remote.
